My traps actually feel more worked than doing 90lbs.

For me, I am deciding if I should keep cutting or start bulking again.... I have been indulging on lots of food the last two weeks... gained 2 pounds or so.

Had an awesome workout last night, personally I am getting stronger and stronger. I always go heavy on back, but I do not know what to call the machines so who cares lol.

Flat barbell bench - 135x15 225x10 245x7 285x1
Incline dumbbell bench - 85x12 105x7 105x5
Incline barbell bench - 135x15 225x6 225x6
Decline barbell bench - 135x15 225x8 225x5

My chest is hurting like a mofo right now, Jason is my new spotter, i love it <3

Homo.

For you guys that use wrist straps on dead lift, which grip do you use? I typically use an alternate grip (without straps) so the bar doesn't fall out of my hands. Is it any different with straps? First timer.

Stop acting like you don't love it!!

Btw I use palms facing me, I don't like that one hand palm out and one hand palm in, I feel you work one muscle more than the other lol.

I'll show you how to work the strap-o...............I mean wrist straps lmao

You're working your lower back so even with alternate grip, you should be even. Plus, you can just switch your grip every set.

Alternates the way to to on dead lift... when i used to go the same way (palms facing me) i felt like all the weight was just on my fingers and it killed and it felt like it was just slipping out all the time.. it made me not be able to do as much weight as i could.. then i did alternate grip and it didnt feel like all the weight was on my fingers and i could go harder... i never was a fan of straps
